This wonderful holiday apartment is situated in a magical location in touch with nature, near Pomaia (village at 600 Meters), a tiny medieval hilltop village at only 13 km from the Tuscan Tyrrhenian sea. Originally a flour mill, the building has been restored and converted into 3 comfortable independent apartments.

These holiday accommodations in Tuscany are the perfect location to spend a relaxing holiday, thanks to the beautiful, large green park at guest’s disposal (Over 10000 sqm uncontaminated).
In the shared garden there are also some fruit trees, as well as a hot tub and a veranda to relax, at the guest’s disposal (open from middle May to end of September).
A romantic path leads to the stream and to a sheet of water, where it is possible to bathe. Along the stream there are some gazebos and seats where one can relax and enjoy the nature: sometimes, wild animals come to the river to drink the water, and you can watch them undisturbed. During the evening, the fireflies surround the house.

2-bedroomed cottage: nice, cosy cottage, 60 sq m, located slightly uphill from the main house with a large private, furnished terrace, barbecue and view over the garden.
The cottage, on one floor, accommodates up to 5 people: one double bedroom, one bedroom with 3 single beds, a living room with kitchen corner (5 gas stove, fridge, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, American coffee machine), one bathroom with shower.
